£35,000 - £45,000 + Package
Who you'll be working for:
A multi award winning Tier one Civil Main Contractor, currently working on a number of £Multi-million Heavy civil projects across the UK.
Due to a number new recently secured high profile projects, they have a current opportunity for an experienced Project Quality Engineer to join them, initially on a large project in Cambridge.
Candidates will be happy to travel and will be supported with accommodation, travel and food, amongst many other perks the company offer.
What you’ll need to have:
The successful candidate will have a relevant civil engineering degree qualification (engineering, construction management, surveying or similar), have held a similar role, or maybe is currently working as a site engineer and would like to move across to a more quality driven role.
Prior working knowledge of the structures of EN ISO 9001:2008:2015, the ability to produce clear and concise documentation and be able to work as part of the overall management team, are crucial to the success of this role.

- The development and implementation of the Project Quality Plan.
- Development of Inspection & Test Plans in conjunction with Site Engineers.
- Ensuring implementation of I&T Plans and production of Quality Records.
- Management and Coordination of testing.
- Calibration/control of site instruments.
- Preparation of testing summary reports for client
- Manage and Co-ordinate the production of handover documentation to the client.
Salary will be reflective of experience and abilities, but would be envisaged to be between £35,000 - £45,000 + Package, which is fully negotiable dependent on experience.
