Building Services Engineer Skills:

• Degree in Building Services M&E or a relevant trade.
• Five or more years proficiency in coordinating building services.
• Previous engagement with primary contracting is desirable, particularly with project involvement in clean room, Pharma/Life Sciences, or Industrial sectors.
• Outstanding proficiency in IT, encompassing expertise in Revit/BIM and Microsoft applications.

As a Building Services Engineer:

• Oversee and orchestrate every stage of the MEP Services project lifecycle, spanning Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, as well as Testing & Commissioning.
• Synchronize the flow of design team data and particulars, ensuring their timely integration into project delivery tasks.
• Guarantee the execution of MEP commitments within the project scope.
• Safeguard the adherence of all MEP activities to the utmost safety standards.
• Examine all installation tasks in alignment with the approved quality plan’s specifications.
• Supervise schedules and assess the advancement of MEP service installations.
• Foster synergistic collaboration among the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the broader project collective.
