Working with one of Irelands leading medium sized heavy civils contractor’s, with their own direct labour and a fleet of modern plant, currently carrying out several large civils packages on high rise apartments and residential housing developments across Co Kildare.

Having just signed the contract for the Civil’s package on 300 residential units in Naas, with a mixture of culverts and river crossings, this will be a technical and very rewarding project for an experienced civils project manager to join their team.

What you’ll need to have:

The successful candidate will have a Civil Engineering degree or relevant qualification with over 5 years experience, as project manager on groundworks / roadworks projects.

The Role:

• As the Project Manager, you are responsible for overseeing structure activity and staff, ensuring compliance with company procedures throughout.
• Ensuring project is done on time and within budget
• Management of sub-contractors, labourers and onsite staff
• Management and control of plant and equipment
• Responsible for health and safety best practises
• Ensuring all staff receive full site inductions and briefings
• Ensure competence of staff
• Hold and/or attend regular review/updating meetings with the wider team
• Provide regular updates on the progress of works to the site manager

What you’ll get in return:

The base salary for the position will be €70,000 – €75,000 + vehicle, depending on experience, with great opportunities to grow into a senior role within the company.
