Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 2-5 years’ site management experience, with a background in Civil's work.
As Civil's Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include:
Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers,
Excellent knowledge of Civils work, water experience would be beneficial
Ensure compliance with regulations
Reporting to Contract Manager / Director.
Managing Health and Safety on Site.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a salary of €70,000 – €80,000, a vehicle plus Fuel card, private medical insurance, Christmas bonuses, and a social committee with regular social events happening.
