As a Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will involve meticulous planning, scheduling, forecasting, and resource management. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality assurance, you will ensure that all technical activities align with project objectives and meet our stringent standards of accuracy and excellence.

Construction Manager Skills:

  • Strong understanding of design and mechanical construction procedures.
  • Demonstrated skill in overseeing personnel and projects.
  • Experience in a trade field or tertiary education.
  • Established expertise in mechanical installation systems for pharmaceutical or medical devices.
  • Proficiency in reviewing Clean System Drawings, P&IDs, and project scopes.
  • Track record of effectively coordinating and leading large-scale projects in a comparable capacity.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager
  • Proficient in computer usage, including familiarity with MS Office, Project, or equivalent scheduling software.

As a Construction Manager:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day mechanical construction activities on the project.
  • Develop, organise, and execute cost-effective plans for mechanical construction to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Implement the scope of work for construction, fabrication, and pre-commissioning in accordance with the approved project schedule.
  • Report project details, including progress, risks, and opportunities, to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
  • Document all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings.
  • Monitor construction and schedule performance closely.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards, following relevant policies and procedures.
  • Manage site design and mechanical construction processes.
  • Plan resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Lead and motivate the team to meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Lead daily meetings for the mechanical scope.
  • Coordinate mechanical system walkdown activities.

The Package:

The package is dependent on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded favourably with a salary of at least €75000 is to be expected, plus package.
