Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

You are a Quantity Surveyor based in the Cavan area and your commute has become too much or you're not progressing as much as you would like in your current role. You have 3-5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor / Sub Contractor on busy construction sites and want to drive your career on further with a highly respected Contractor.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

• You have 3-5 years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor / Sub Contractor.
• You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
• You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
• You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
• You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
• You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors.

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €60,000 – €65,000 depending on experience + vehicle, fuel card, pension, healthcare.
