Are you a quantity surveyor and your career isn’t progressing as much as you like?

You could be working on high scale mix-used projects across Ireland such as 400 houses in Kildare and a €90 million apartment complex in South Dublin.

This is a progressive, forward-thinking company that have been in business for 40 years and offer stability and huge career progression.

They are looking for a degree qualified quantity surveyor with 4+ year’s experience to join their team.

The successful candidate will work from their head offices in Dublin, working on their 5 active sites in Dublin and Kildare.

Quantity Surveyor Skills:

The Quantity Surveyor role would suit a delivery orientated individual with 4+ years post graduate experience with a developer/Main contractor. Experience in residential projects is essential.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• You have a 3rd level qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• You have 4+ years post-Graduate experience with a developer.

• You have experience of Residential developments

• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties

• Reporting on budgets and variations

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to present findings

• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports

• Reporting on budgets and variations

• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

The package

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 – €75,000 (negotiable) depending on experience + Vehicle/allowance + Pension & Healthcare.
