This leading Main Contractor currently have a need for an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor with experience working on busy commercial / pharma construction projects. Located in Limerick, there is huge room for career progression within a very progressive company.
Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Skills:
The Intermediate Quantity Surveyor role would suit a delivery orientated, career driven individual with 5 years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor / Sub Contractor.
As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
You will manage subcontract packages and oversee payments, along with normal QS duties
Working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
Reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ’s
Taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
Attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €55,000 – €60,000 depending on experience + vehicle / allowance, pension, healthcare and an opportunity to work with one of the most progressive company’s in Ireland.
