Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

You are a Quantity Surveyor with 4+ years Civil's experience and are hungry to progress your career with on of Irelands leading Civil's Main Contractors. Maybe the projects you are on aren't exciting you or you cant see yourself progressing in your current company.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

• You have 4+ years post-graduate experience with a Main Contractor / Sub Contractor.
• You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
• You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
• You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
• You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
• You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €65,000 – €75,000 depending on experience + vehicle, fuel card, pension, healthcare.
