M&E Coordinator Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in coordinating M&E activities within the construction industry.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
As a M&E Coordinator:
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E activities to meet project timelines.
Coordinate with design teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Boyle Construction's quality standards for M&E installations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee the reliability and performance of installed systems.
Facilitate effective communication between M&E teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of M&E processes, changes, and approvals.
Identify potential risks related to M&E installations and propose proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
Work closely with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment for all M&E personnel.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
Explore innovative technologies and practices in the M&E field, recommending improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and control the M&E budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
