I’m looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager who can oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial handover right through to client close-out.
The role is based primarily in Dublin and suits someone who has already built up a solid foundation of 5+ years in commercial HVAC project delivery.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with clients, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high technical and commercial standard.

HVAC Project Manager Skills:
- A third-level qualification in one of the following, Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC project roles
- Strong background delivering major HVAC plant equipment and managing site activities
- Experience with light installation/assembly works and plant commissioning
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Excellent customer management and communication abilities
- Good understanding of project scheduling and budgeting tools
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related design tools
- Professional and confident with clients
- Detail-focused and quality-driven
- Strong financial awareness and commercial understanding
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Clear and effective communicator
- Project management certification (e.g. PMP), or training in cost control/procurement
- Trade background (distinct advantage)
- Experience using commercial/financial management tools or ERP systems
- Proven leadership or people-management skills
As a HVAC Project Manager:
- Managing projects from sales handover to final site/client handover
- Meeting directly with clients and key stakeholders to confirm scope, expectations, and technical requirements
- Reviewing HVAC designs and coordinating with stakeholders to guarantee quality, compliance, and buildability
- Managing procurement of equipment and services with manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Providing regular project updates, progress reporting, and maintaining clear communication throughout
- Carrying out quality control reviews, financial checks, and monitoring budgets
- Coordinating and managing equipment deliveries
- Overseeing all agreed site activities and ensuring the work meets high standards
- Managing project close-out and handing over all documentation to stakeholders
