Planner Skills:

The Planner role would suit a highly organised, delivery orientated individual who pays close attention to detail, with a degree / higher diploma in an Engineering related field and 5+ years post qualification experience in a planning environment. 

  • Experience of working on high value projects to tight deadlines

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Must be able to identify project milestones, monitor & report

  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy; from live-tracking to program execution.

  • Strong problem solving skills.

  • Ability to multi-task at a high level


As Planner / Scheduler:

  • Attend regular meetings with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the management team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with the works.
  • Project Planning using MS Project & Primavera Software or Asta
  • Project Progress Measuring & Monitoring
  • Project Progress Reporting
  • Undertake site visits as required.
  • Deliver projects on time and in a budget.
  • Production of project plans, scheduling, liaising with Project Managers and Engineers, site visits to check progress


The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate which will be based on your experience. A strong candidate will expect a basic salary of €70,000 – €80,000 + vehicle + pension + healthcare.
