Project Manager 

Are you a construction project manager currently looking for a new role in Cork? You could be working for one of Irelands most successful and leading building & civil's main contractor's on projects such as €Multi-Million bridge's and Apartment developments.

With 40 years experience in the Irish construction industry, they are expanding their successful and innovative team. This role would suit someone with 8+ years project management experience with a civil's background.

Project Manager Skills: 

• You will have a minimum 8 years civil construction experience with a Civil Engineering Contractor at a senior level as Project Manager / Site Manager. 
• An Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management degree would be required. 
• Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Windows, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project/PowerProject etc. 
• Thorough understanding of the construction industry and a broad understanding of regulatory requirements. 

The Package: 

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €65,000 – €75,000 (negotiable) + an attractive package depending on experience.
