As a Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of quality standards across the company’s projects and operations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and implement quality management systems, policies, and processes that align with international standards and industry best practices. You will work closely with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and ensure the delivery of projects incident-free. The Quality Manager will report to the senior management team and contribute to the overall success and reputation as a quality-driven mechanical engineering company.

Your new company are a Mechanical and Process Engineering Company. They operate as a Service and Solutions Provider to the Pharma, Biopharma, Chemical, Brewing, Oil & Gas, and Semiconductor Industries. With a strong focus on delivering projects incident-free and to the highest quality standard.

Quality Manager Skills:

 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of work experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Quality Systems and Procedures.
  • Experience in supporting fabrication teams in off-site facilities and on-site delivery teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of quality management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to create a positive customer experience.
  • Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard of quality for oneself and others.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and foster long-term relationships.
  • Strong project management and planning skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Decisive with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Accountable and highly organized, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish.

As a Quality Manager:

 

  • Oversee the implementation and delivery of the client and company Quality Systems and Procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to the fabrication team in off-site facilities.
  • Collaborate with the on-site delivery team to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all interactions with customers.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the implemented Quality Systems and Procedures.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of deliverables.
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Project Director to address any quality-related issues.
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality-related matters.
  • Foster a culture of quality consciousness within the organization.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to quality management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of quality-related processes and activities.
