Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor who’s seeking a role closer to home? Maybe your current company aren’t offering you the career progression opportunities you want? You could be working with one of Co. Clare’s most successful, medium sized mixed-use contractors on various €million commercial, educational and residential projects.

Quantity surveying skills

The Quantity surveying role would suit a passionate, motivated and delivery orientated individual with 2+ years commercial / mixed use construction experience.

After completing your degree in Quantity Surveying, or a construction related field, you will have worked on-site with a main contractor in Ireland with experience in meeting demanding targets, managing subcontract packages and have strong analytical skills with the ability to present findings.

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €45k – €55k + Package.
