You could be joining one of Ireland's top 40 Tier one Main contractors, working on a number of large-scale infrastructure projects across Co Cork, within a professional team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Management.

The initial project, a €Multi-Million Roads / Highways project, working alongside the commercial team and Project Director being fully involved in:

• Provision of Quantity Surveying support to on-site engineering teams
• Tracking / monitoring / scrutinising weekly & monthly costs and productivity & reporting on same
• Monitoring claims measurement valuation & reporting
• Production & update of monthly valuations
• Overseeing the measurement of site works
• You will have a working knowledge of commercial & contractual requirements within an Irish Civil Engineering environment

The successful Quantity Surveyor, will have 4-5 years hands on experience, preferably with a heavy civil / groundworks contractor, an engineering / construction management / Quantity Surveying degree.

The Benefits:

Salary will be in the region of €55,000 – €60,000, + package, which will be fully negotiable depending on experience.
