You are a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor living in the Belfast/ Antrim area and want to further your career. You are seeking a role with a leading Civils Main Contractor where you can continue to grow your career and really advance in the quantity surveying world.
You will be working with a main contractor who has a reputation for delivering high quality construction projects who have £multi-million projects across the North of Ireland and have a need for a Quantity Surveyor on heavy civils projects in the Belfast/ Antrim area.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:
- You have 3+ years post-graduate experience with a developer or Main Contractor.
- You will be working with and reporting to the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
- You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
- You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
- You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
- You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
- You will be required to work on site
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €45,000 – €50,000 depending on experience + pension + bonuses + 30 days annual leave.
