Do you have a passion for large scale heavy civil projects and 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor? Are you looking to build your experience further, challenging yourself across the Tyrone area while working as part of an experienced team with one of the most trusted, recognised and resourceful civil engineering companies in Northern Ireland.

The initial projects, a £Multi-Million railway, buildings and cabling projects, will involve duties such as;

• Provision of Quantity Surveying support to on-site engineering teams
• Tracking / monitoring / scrutinising weekly & monthly costs and productivity & reporting on same
• Monitoring claims measurement valuation & reporting
• Production & update of monthly valuations
• Overseeing the measurement of site works
• You will have a working knowledge of civils contractual requirements within a Civil Engineering environment
• You will have a strong framework background.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will preferably have a heavy civil / groundworks background with a Quantity Surveying degree/qualification.
