The Main Contractor:

You are a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience and living in the Westmeath and Leinster area, spending three days on site with the other two days working on site.  You are seeking a role with a leading Main Contractor where where you can continue to grow your career and reach a Senior level in the near future.

You will be working with an award winning and innovative Main Contractor who have £multi-million projects across Ireland and have a need for a Quantity Surveyor on a large school project in Westmeath.

As Intermediate Quantity Surveyor:

• You have 3+ years post-graduate experience with a developer or Main Contractor.
• You will be working with the Senior QS to manage subcontract packages and overseeing payments, along with normal QS duties
• You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
• You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
• You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
• You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
• You will be required to work 3 days on site with 2 days working from home.

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of €50,000 – €60,000 depending on experience + package.
