You are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Dublin area and feel that now is the time to start a new challenge. Your current role isn't providing you with the growth or challenges that you need to help push your career further.
You will be working with a family-owned Leinster Contractor with over 40 years of experience and a reputation for successfully completing major projects across a wide range of sectors. The project itself is a €multi-million residential development with multiple other projects in the Dublin/ Leinster region.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:
- 5+ yrs. post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor working on construction sites
- Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
- Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
- Commercial / residential construction experience or similar
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
As Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Reporting to the Contracts manager/ director
- Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
- Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
- Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
- Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
- Reporting on budgets and variations
- Negotiate and agree subcontractors
What you’ll get in return
The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €80,000 – €90,000 + vehicle + package. (Negotiable depending on experience)
