You will be working as a Site Engineer with Ireland's leading Residential Developer alongside some the country's most experienced Engineers who you will learn from and elevate your career to a senior level.
Your new project is a prestigious residential apartment development in south Dublin with a dynamic and progressive Irish Developer.
Site Engineer Skills:
The Site Engineer role would suit a self-reliant, delivery orientated individual with 2-3+ years residential / commercial construction experience with an Engineering qualification. Experience with apartments / RC Frame / housing would be welcomed.
Responsibilities will include: Reporting to Senior Engineer on site, coordinating site drawings, maintaining site records, developing strong relationships with sub-contractors, quality control for sub-contractor's work, setting out for: subcontractors (giving gridlines / levels), foundations, house plots.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €50,000 – €55,000 + 10% bonus, pension, healthcare, gym membership and additional holidays, depending on experience.
