Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, with a degree / higher diploma in a construction related field, 10+ years’ post qualification experience, with a background in large scale residential construction.
As Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include:
Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers,
Excellent knowledge of Trades and background,
Ensure compliance with building regulations
Reporting to Contract Manager / Head of Construction.
Managing Health and Safety on Site.
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €75,000 – €80,000 + bonus, vehicle / allowance, Pension, Healthcare, gym membership.
