You are an experienced Site Manager based in the Monaghan area and would like to work with a respected Irish Main Contractor on the construction of a long term commercial development in Monaghan.
You have a strong civil’s / groundworks background and also experience in taking projects out of the ground and seeing through to finish. This is a progressive company who constantly have projects in the Ulster and Louth regions.

Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and determined Site Manager who has a strong drive to push their career further.
As Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Managing Health and Safety on Site
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a salary of €65,000 + vehicle, fuel card and pension.
