Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an experienced, delivery orientated individual, preferably with a Degree / Qualification in a construction related field, 5+ years Main Contractor experience, with a background in Apartments / commercial / mixed use construction.
As Site Manager:
Your responsibilities will include: Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Supplier, excellent knowledge of Trades and background, ensure compliance with building regulations, reporting to Contracts Manager, managing Health and Safety on site.
An excellent package will be put in place for you, with a basic salary of €70,000 – €80,000 (Negotiable) + vehicle + healthcare + pension, depending on experience.
