Are you are an experienced Site Manager with residential experience based close to the Mullingar area? Would you like to work with one of Irelands leading Residential Developers on the construction of a €multi-million residential housing development?
You have a strong construction management background working on large residential developments or mixed use developments, taking projects out of the ground and seeing through to finish. This is a very successful Irish company who have multiple large projects and will offer you a long term role with a very strong package.

Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and determined Site Manager who has a strong drive to push their career further.
As Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Reporting to Contracts Manager
- Managing Health and Safety on Site
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a salary of €70,000 – €75,000 + vehicle, fuel card and pension.
