Are you a skilled General Foreperson or Construction Site Manager ready for your next challenge in West Cork? We’re hiring for a 160 unit residential developments in one of Ireland’s most scenic regions.

This high-profile project includes timber frame homes, duplexes, apartments, with an award winning Irish Main Contractor. As construction ramps up, we’re seeking a hands-on site leader to drive day-today operations, ensure high standards, and contribute to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily site operations and team coordination
  
  
• Interpret construction plans and resolve any discrepancies
  
  
• Plan for plant, materials, and labour needs ahead of schedule
  
  
• Uphold health & safety standards and enforce compliance
  
  
• Manage quality control across all trades and final sign-offs
  
  
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure timelines are met
  
  
• Lead junior staff and instil site culture based on excellence
  
  
• Assist with progress reporting and daily coordination meetings
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Foreperson, Site Supervisor, or similar leadership role
  
  
• Experience with timber frame housing and residential development essential
  
  
• Trade qualification or construction-related education preferred
  
  
• Ability to lead teams, manage resources, and deliver to high quality standards
  
  
• Passion for safe, sustainable construction and continuous improvement
