Who You Are:
Your Role as Senior EHS Advisor: Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, you’ll take a leading role in implementing and monitoring HSE strategies across the site. You’ll be a key figure on-site, driving a strong safety culture, mentoring junior EHS team members, and ensuring high standards are not just met—but exceeded.
With an extensive portfolio of data centre, pharma, commercial and industrial projects across the EU, this contractor offers exceptional long-term progression opportunities for the right individual.
Who You Are:
- A driven EHS professional with 5+ years of construction safety experience, ideally with data centre, pharma, or large industrial project exposure
- NEBOSH / IOSH certified (or equivalent EU-recognised H&S qualification)
- Experienced in managing safety across multiple subcontractors and complex build environments
- Confident in leading audits, safety meetings, and developing site-specific safety plans
- A natural communicator, able to influence and engage all levels of site personnel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Full, clean driving licence
- Willing to be based in Austria, with accommodation and travel support provided

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HSE function on-site, ensuring full compliance with local and company safety standards
- Mentor and guide junior EHS personnel across the project
- Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Collaborate with project management to integrate HSE planning into daily operations
- Deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to workforce and subcontractors
- Be a key point of contact for client-side HSE representatives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s HSE systems and processes

- €85,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
