As an electrical project manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of the project, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting all the specified requirement.

Project Manager Skills:

 
  • Over three years of experience in a Project Management role within the M&E industry.
  • Proficient in budget monitoring and control.
  • Possesses excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrates keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Exhibits exceptional communication skills.
  • Displays strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates adeptness in making decisions.
  • Possesses commercial awareness.
  • Well-versed in building methods and regulations.

As a Project Manager:

 
  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the project’s direction or a specific package, ensuring that it aligns with the client’s requirements and specifications.
  • Regularly reviewing the progress of the project and collaborating with quantity surveyors to monitor and control costs.
  • Engaging in effective communication with the client, other construction professionals, and occasionally, the public.
  • Coordinating and supervising construction workers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Making informed decisions in the selection of appropriate tools and materials for the project.
  • Conducting safety inspections to guarantee construction and site safety compliance.
  • Thoroughly examining and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings.
  • Enforcing quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Proactively identifying potential issues and offering solutions to any challenges that arise during the project.
  • Assessing and minimizing potential risks to avoid disruptions to the project.
  • Compiling comprehensive reports and meticulously managing all necessary paperwork.
  • Assisting in contract negotiations and acquiring the required permits and licenses.

The Package:

Salary to be expected of €75k – €95k depending on experience plus package to include Flights, Accommodation, Living allowance, Pension, Bonus & genuine career progression.
Must hold valid EU Passport or work permit for Europe.
