Are you an experienced Project Manager from the Galway area or maybe you are thinking of moving back home to the West of Ireland?

Do you want to be involved in managing a €70million industrial project and to be working with one of Irelands main tier 1 contractors?

You will have a strong background in managing electrical installations, with a proven track record of leadership and successful project delivery. The role involves overseeing all aspects of building services, working with a wide variety of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by Building Management Systems.

You will have experience in managing projects within the Life Sciences, Industrial, or Pharma sectors, preferably with main contractors.

Electrical Project Manager Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in building services management, with a focus on mechanical installations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects within the construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• Extensive knowledge of modern plant, equipment, and systems controlled by BMS.
• Experience working in the Life Sciences, Industrial, or Pharma sectors, preferably with main contractors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional accreditation or certification in project management is advantageous.

As an Electrical Project Manager:

• Lead and manage electrical building services projects from conception to completion.
• Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of complex M&E packages.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
