You will have a passion for engineering and a desire to excel in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Reporting to the senior project management team, you will play a crucial role in project planning, execution, and client liaison.

Junior Project Engineer Skills:

 
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, preferably within the Pharma Site, Process environment & Engineering industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera is desirable.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

As a Junior Project Engineer:

 
  • Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to meet project milestones and deadlines.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Work closely with production staff to integrate project activities with ongoing operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency enhancements within projects.
  • Assist senior project engineers and project managers in executing larger-scale projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
