M&E Coordinator Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in coordinating M&E activities within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
As a M&E Coordinator:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems within construction projects.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of M&E activities to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with design teams to integrate mechanical and electrical systems efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Boyle Construction's quality standards for M&E installations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to guarantee the reliability and performance of installed systems.
- Facilitate effective communication between M&E teams, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of M&E processes, changes, and approvals.
- Identify potential risks related to M&E installations and propose proactive measures to mitigate these risks.
- Work closely with safety officers to ensure a safe working environment for all M&E personnel.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Explore innovative technologies and practices in the M&E field, recommending improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the finance department to monitor and control the M&E budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
The Package:
The package is dependent on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded favourably with a salary of up to €60000 is to be expected.
