Quantity Surveyor Skills:

You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years post – graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience with RC Frame / apartments / commercial projects is desirable.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• A 3rd level qualification in a related field
• 3+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Developer or Contractor.
• Experience of residential building / commercial projects
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €60,000 – €65,000 (negotiable) + a strong package including benefits that only this developer can offer.
