You will be working with an energetic, modern Irish Main Contractor on one of the most high profile jobs in Ireland, a €100m high rise, mixed used development in Dublin.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• 5+ yrs Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
• Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
• Commercial / residential construction experience or similar
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings

As Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• Negotiate and agree subcontractors

What you’ll get in return

The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €70,000 – €75,000 + package. A vehicle, pension and healthcare will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in Ireland.
