Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading mechanical engineering service companies? Are you a quantity surveyor with 2+ years experience who wants to work on €multi-million projects across the mechanical field (steam, water, air and heating installations)?

You could be working with one of Irelands award-winning mechanical engineering company’s on €Multi-million Educational, Residential and Commercial projects in the West Coast of Ireland.

This is an extremely positive and ambitious company, renowned for their excellence and reputation. They are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their diverse team in their Galway office.

Junior Quantity Surveyor Skills:

• You are Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field

• You have 2+ year’s experience working on commercial, residential or industrial projects

• You focus on deadlines and have commitment to programme delivery

• You're a team player, organised, self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative

• You are a strong relationship builder and communicator

As Junior Quantity Surveyor you will:

• Support the Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management team

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

• Get hands on experience with an experienced and award-winning team

• Liaising with the Project Manager, clients, sub-contractors, design team

• Follow the company’s quality assurance process on all projects

The Package:

The package is dependant on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded favourably. However, a salary in the region of €35,000 – €40,000 + pension, healthcare is expected.
