The Developer:

You are a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience and you would like to take the next step in your career. You have experience working on large residential / commercial construction projects and are now looking to work with a company where you can progress your career further.

This Irish Developer have multiple projects across the Leinster region, including Dublin, Wicklow and Kildare. They currently have 3 projects in Wicklow and have a need for an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor on a large €multi-million project consisting of houses and apartments just south of Greystones.

Intermediate Quantity Surveyor Skills:

You are a driven Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years experience with a Developer or Main Contractor. Experience in Housing, RC Frame / apartments / commercial projects is desirable.

Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• You have a 3rd level qualification in a related field

• You have 3+ years experience with a Developer or Contractor.

• You have experience of residential building / commercial projects

• You have an ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.

• You will be managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties

• You will be reporting on budgets and variations

• You have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings

• You will be undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports

• You will be reporting on budgets and variations

• You will be maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a basic salary of €55,000 – €60,000 (negotiable) + vehicle / allowance, pension, healthcare.
