You're an experienced Estimator based close to Offaly with 5+ years civils / construction experience. You are driven and ambitious, eager to push your career further with a very successful company.

Your next role is with a strong Irish Main Contractor working within a tight knit team on large Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. This is a tight-knit Irish Main Contractor who will offer an outstanding package and give you ample career progression.

You will be based in Offaly leading estimates for the company's construction works including residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Estimator Skills:

The Senior Estimator role would suit a driven individual with a minimum of 5 years experience.

• Experience with construction work. 
• Proven track record of successful bidding on projects
• Strong computer skills with particular expertise in MS Office, especially Excel / 365 Sharepoint
• Ability to ensure all tender submissions are both feasible and profitable
• Excellent communication skills and Client Relationship skills

What you’ll get in return:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of approx. €90,000 + package, flexible depending on experience, and the opportunity to work with a hugely successfully Irish Main Contractor in Offaly.
