As Senior Quantity Surveyor:
You have 5+ years post-graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor.
You will manage subcontract packages and oversee payments, along with normal QS duties
You will manage junior and intermediate QS's.
You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of £60,000 – £70,000 + package, depending on experience.
