Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• You have 5+ years post-graduate experience with a Developer or Main Contractor.
• You will manage subcontract packages and oversee payments, along with normal QS duties
• You will manage junior and intermediate QS's.
• You will be working closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time & to budget.
• You will be reporting on budgets and variations, Take offs, BoQ's
• You will be taking contracts from subcontract procurement through to final accounts
• You will be attending site progress and cost meetings and liaising with client / design team & subcontractors

The Package:

An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate of £60,000 – £70,000 + package, depending on experience.
