They have a brilliant opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on €Multi-Million Residential projects in Meath and North Dublin. This role would suit those living in Meath, Dublin, Louth, Cavan, Down or Armagh areas.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Criteria:

• 5 – 10 years Post-Graduate experience with a Main Contractor.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar area
• Experience on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
• Commercial / Residential construction experience or similar
• An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
• To have strong analytical skills and ability to present findings

As Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Reporting to the Commercial Manager
• Advise on contractual matters – general and project level
• Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue and reduce cost
• Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
• Reporting on budgets and variations
• Negotiate and agree subcontractors

What you’ll get in return

The base salary for the position is negotiable but expected to be €80,000 – €85,000 + package. A vehicle and fuel will be put in place for the successful candidate and the opportunity to work with one of the most respected construction companies in Ireland.
