You are an experienced Site Manager based in Dublin and would like to work with a progressive Irish Main Contractor on the construction of a €multi-million education project in Dublin.
You have a strong construction management background working on large commercial, residential or retail projects seeing them through to finish. This is a progressive company who have multiple large projects in Dublin. Experience in Public work contracts is desirable but not essential.

Site Manager Skills:
The Site Manager role would suit an ambitious, enthusiastic, and determined Site Manager who has a strong drive to push projects on and meet targets.
As Site Manager:
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing Subcontractors, construction team and Suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of Trades and background
- Ensure compliance with building regulations
- Reporting to Project Manager
- Managing Health and Safety on Site
The Package:
An excellent package will be put in place for the successful candidate, with a salary of €60,000 – €70,000 + vehicle, fuel card and pension.
