The Role – BIM Coordinator
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating digital construction processes across projects from preconstruction through to handover. You will work closely with design teams, site teams and subcontractors to ensure models are coordinated, clash-free and aligned with programme delivery.
This is a hands-on role where your input will directly influence project quality, coordination and overall delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 (DOE)

The Role – BIM Coordinator
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating digital construction processes across projects from preconstruction through to handover. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure BIM processes are implemented in line with ISO 19650 standards
- Manage and maintain BIM Execution Plans, MIDPs and TIDPs
- Coordinate and federate models from multiple disciplines
- Carry out clash detection, model audits and data verification
- Lead BIM coordination meetings with design and construction teams
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Monitor compliance with client BIM requirements and project milestones
- Support continuous improvement and adoption of new digital technologies
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
- Solid understanding of ISO 19650 standards and BIM workflows
- Detail-focused with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary: €55,000 – €65,000 (DOE)
