The Role – BIM Coordinator
As BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role within the design and delivery team, ensuring BIM processes are implemented effectively across complex construction projects. You will manage coordination models, support consultants and subcontractors, and drive clash resolution to maintain programme and quality standards.
This is a technically focused role suited to someone with a strong understanding of BIM workflows who wants to work on large-scale, high-specification projects where coordination and accuracy are critical to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines
- Implement BIM management systems and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans
- Coordinate and maintain internal and external BIM models throughout the project lifecycle
- Lead BIM coordination meetings with consultants, design teams and subcontractors
- Carry out clash detection and manage resolution of coordination issues
- Support subcontractors and design partners with BIM implementation and technical queries
- Produce and review 2D and 3D drawings using Revit and other BIM tools
- Assist in the development of model-based workflows for project delivery
- Ensure all BIM outputs align with client requirements and project standards
- Support design documentation and as-built model delivery
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management
- 2 years’ experience in BIM Coordination or digital construction roles
- Strong experience using Revit, Navisworks, Solibri or similar BIM platforms
- Proven ability to manage BIM coordination on complex construction projects
- Experience with clash detection and multidisciplinary coordination
- Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans and BIM standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders
- Organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proactive approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
Salary: €70,000 – €75,000 (DOE)
