Job title: BIM Coordinator – Data Centre Construction
Location: Skellefteå, Sweden

Their projects cover the full construction lifecycle including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works, with BIM playing a critical role in successful project delivery.
The Role: BIM Coordinator
Based on a major data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden, this BIM Coordinator role will focus on coordinating complex MEP installations across a fast-moving construction environment.
You will work closely with package managers, site engineers, design teams and subcontractors to ensure all BIM deliverables are produced in line with project requirements. The successful BIM Coordinator will be heavily involved in clash detection, model coordination, drawing production and the management of BIM milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BIM Coordinator with a strong MEP background to gain exposure to one of Europe's largest data centre construction sectors while working alongside experienced BIM and construction professionals.
Must Have Requirements
You will be a detail-focused BIM Coordinator who enjoys solving technical coordination challenges on complex projects. You will have strong Revit MEP skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with site teams and design professionals.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced data centre construction environment where programme delivery, technical accuracy and coordination are critical to project success.

Must Have Requirements
- Must have 4 years' experience working as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Technician on large construction projects
- Proven Revit MEP experience is required
- Experience coordinating mechanical and electrical services installations is required
- Relevant engineering, construction or BIM qualification required
- Experience working within a contractor environment is highly desirable
- Navisworks experience preferred
- AutoCAD experience beneficial
- Data centre, pharmaceutical, industrial or mission critical project experience advantageous
- Experience working within multidisciplinary construction teams
- Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans and project BIM standards
- BIM Level 2 certification
- Experience mentoring junior BIM personnel
- Additional design software experience
- International project experience
- Manage and resolve clashes between mechanical, electrical and CSA disciplines
- Deliver all BIM coordination milestones in accordance with project requirements
- Produce coordinated 2D drawings, 3D models, schedules and technical documentation
- Liaise with package managers, subcontractors and site teams regarding model coordination issues
- Support the planning and coordination of complex MEP installations
- Participate in design reviews and coordination meetings
- Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and project standards
- Assist in developing and supporting junior BIM team members
- Coordinate information flow between design and construction teams
- Maintain accurate BIM records and project documentation
