The Role – BIM Coordinator
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Finland. Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you will take ownership of BIM coordination across mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring all models are aligned with project requirements and programme milestones.
This is a site-based position where your input will directly impact coordination, clash resolution and the overall efficiency of project delivery.

Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 (DOE)

The Role – BIM Coordinator
As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale data centre projects in Finland. Working closely with engineering, construction and commissioning teams, you will take ownership of BIM coordination across mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring all models are aligned with project requirements and programme milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage BIM coordination across mechanical, electrical and CSA disciplines on data centre projects
- Identify, track and resolve clashes using Navisworks and coordinated BIM models
- Deliver 2D and 3D model outputs in line with the BIM Execution Plan and project deadlines
- Coordinate with package managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure seamless installation of MEP services
- Review drawings, models and technical submissions to ensure accuracy and buildability
- Support and mentor junior BIM team members on coordination processes and best practice
- Attend coordination meetings and contribute to technical problem solving on complex installations
- Maintain high standards of documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Degree qualified in engineering, construction or a related discipline
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in a BIM Coordinator role on large construction or data centre projects
- Strong Revit MEP experience is essential
- Proficient in Navisworks for clash detection and coordination
- AutoCAD experience is advantageous
- Proven ability to manage BIM coordination on complex MEP installations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
- Organised, detail-focused and capable of working to tight programme deadlines
Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 (DOE)
