Job Title: BIM Team Lead Data Centre Construction
Location: Finland
Leading European Data Centre Delivery Contractor
Excellent salary of at least €85,000 DOE plus package with accommodation, rotation support and long term European projects

The Role BIM Team Lead
As BIM Team Lead, you will take full ownership of BIM delivery on a major live data centre construction project. This is a site based leadership role where you will drive digital coordination across mechanical and electrical services, ensuring the model reflects what is being built on site in real time.
You will manage a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians while working closely with package managers, site engineers and subcontractors to coordinate complex MEP installations. On high value mission critical projects, effective BIM leadership directly impacts programme, quality and buildability. Your role will sit at the centre of that process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage BIM delivery across a large scale data centre construction project
• Ensure BIM procedures and project BIM Execution Plans are implemented consistently on site
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services using Revit and Navisworks
• Manage and resolve design clashes and interdisciplinary coordination issues
• Oversee production of coordinated drawings, specifications and schedules
• Liaise with package managers, subcontractors and client teams to maintain alignment
• Support junior BIM engineers and promote best practice in digital construction
• Contribute to BIM process improvement and development of new technologies
About You
• Degree qualified in engineering, building services or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience working on large scale construction projects
• Strong Revit experience with a clear MEP bias
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD with Navisworks coordination experience desirable
• Experience leading BIM teams on mission critical, data centre or complex MEP projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Detail focused with the ability to manage deadlines in fast paced environments
• Collaborative leadership style with a strong technical foundation
