The Role – Building Services Engineer
As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in the delivery of mechanical services packages from design coordination through to installation, commissioning, and handover.
You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure all mechanical systems are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved across all stages of project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 (DOE) plus package

Key Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and delivery of mechanical building services installations
- Ensure all works are carried out in line with health and safety regulations
- Assist in managing project programmes and tracking progress on site
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Monitor quality of installations and ensure compliance with design standards
- Assist with commissioning activities and system handover
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services or mechanical contracting
- Experience working on industrial, commercial, or healthcare projects
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, pipework, and mechanical installations
- Good knowledge of project delivery from design through to commissioning
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality work
Salary: €60,000 – €65,000 (DOE) plus package
