We are seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join a leading mechanical services contractor based in Co. Cork, supporting the delivery of complex building services systems across commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and industrial environments. This role will suit an engineer with a strong mechanical background who enjoys working across both design coordination and site delivery. You will play a key part in ensuring mechanical building services are engineered, installed, and commissioned in line with design intent, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Building Services Engineer Skills:
- Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years’ experience in building services engineering with a mechanical focus
- Knowledge of HVAC, medical gases, steam, CHW/LPHW and related systems
- Ability to review designs, drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Experience working on regulated or live environments advantageous
- Provide technical support for mechanical services installations
- Review and coordinate mechanical building services designsLiaise with site teams and subcontractors to resolve technical queries
- Support commissioning, testing and handover activities
- Ensure compliance with standards, specifications and safety requirements
