They are now seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee a significant civils package on a €100 million residential development in South Dublin.
The Role: Civil Project Manager
This is a senior Civil Project Manager position overseeing the delivery of a substantial civil engineering package on a €100 million residential development in South Dublin.
Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the civils package from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
You will work closely with the main contractor, site teams, subcontractors and commercial team to ensure all civil engineering works are delivered safely on programme and within budget.
The role requires an experienced Civil Project Manager who can manage programme delivery, coordinate site operations, control costs and maintain effective communication with the main contractor and wider project team.
Must Have Requirements
You are an experienced Civil Project Manager with a strong background in Irish civil engineering and a proven ability to deliver substantial civils packages on residential or commercial developments.
You understand the importance of programme management, cost control and subcontractor coordination, particularly when delivering civil engineering works alongside a busy main contractor's construction programme.
You will be commercially aware, organised and confident dealing with site teams, Quantity Surveyors, subcontractors and senior management.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a practical approach to managing site operations and maintaining high standards of health and safety.

- Must have 8 to 10 years' experience in civil engineering or construction project management, including substantial residential or commercial projects in Ireland.
- Proven experience managing civil engineering packages from commencement through to completion and handover.
- A relevant third-level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management is required.
- Strong experience in construction programming, subcontractor coordination, procurement and commercial cost control.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of health, safety and quality across civil engineering projects.
- Previous experience delivering civils packages on large-scale residential developments.
- Strong understanding of groundworks, drainage, utilities, concrete works and associated infrastructure.
- Experience coordinating civil engineering activities with main contractors and other trades.
- Knowledge of temporary works coordination and construction planning.
- Experience managing variations, valuations, procurement and contractual requirements.
- Manage the civils package from mobilisation through to completion and handover.
- Develop and maintain construction programmes, ensuring works remain on schedule.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and the main contractor.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and technical compliance.
- Oversee procurement, materials, site resources and project costs.
- Work with the commercial team to manage variations, valuations and contractual requirements.
- Monitor progress, resolve delays and prepare regular project reports.
- Manage technical submissions, client approvals and project handover.
