With a strong presence throughout Leinster, Munster, and Connacht, they specialise in road, drainage, water, utilities, and site development works, operating on projects ranging from €1 million to €50 million for both public and private clients.
Their continued success is built on quality delivery, safety leadership, and long-term client relationships, established through framework contracts and competitively tendered schemes with major infrastructure partners.

The Role – Civils Foreman
As Civils Foreman, you’ll take charge of daily on-site operations, managing crews, subcontractors, and plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of civil and utilities works.
You’ll play a vital leadership role on projects across infrastructure, road, and utilities, ensuring all works are completed to programme, budget, and specification.

The Role – Civils Foreman
As Civils Foreman, you’ll take charge of daily on-site operations, managing crews, subcontractors, and plant to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of civil and utilities works.
You’ll play a vital leadership role on projects across infrastructure, road, and utilities, ensuring all works are completed to programme, budget, and specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate labour, plant, and materials to achieve programme milestones.
- Manage subcontractors and site crews to maintain quality and productivity.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Oversee excavation, drainage, ducting, roadworks, and reinstatement works.
- Conduct daily briefings, toolbox talks, and site inspections.
- Monitor compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
- Liaise with Engineers and Project Management to report progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
About You
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Civil Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor role.
- Proven track record on infrastructure, utilities, or site development projects.
- Strong knowledge of civils construction methods, safety regulations, and sequencing of works.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate site teams.
- Confident in reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications.
- SafePass, Manual Handling, and valid full clean driving licence required.
- A proactive, dependable professional who takes ownership of site delivery.
