This well established mechanical contractor continues to secure major residential and commercial projects throughout Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

With a reputation for delivering high quality M&E packages on time and within budget, they are expanding their senior project delivery team to support continued growth.

The company delivers large scale residential, commercial, and high rise developments while maintaining a strong focus on quality, health and safety, and client relationships.

The Role – Contracts Manager

As Contracts Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of multiple mechanical and M&E projects across the Greater Dublin Area. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for programme delivery, subcontractor coordination, quality standards, commercial awareness, and client management.

This role will suit an experienced Contracts Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, or Senior Site Manager with strong M&E experience and a background delivering residential or commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 3 to 5 mechanical and M&E construction projects concurrently
• Lead project teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery of works
• Coordinate subcontractors, specialist trades, and site management teams
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and budget targets
• Chair pre start meetings and oversee project planning activities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders
• Manage procurement coordination and material ordering processes
• Oversee QA systems, inspections, and compliance procedures
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation
• Manage RFIs, variations, damage reports, and project documentation through Procore
• Support and mentor site teams through performance management and leadership

About You

• Background within Mechanical Services, Building Services, M&E, or Construction Management
• 3 to 5 years experience within Contracts Management, Project Management, or Senior Site Management
• Strong experience delivering residential, commercial, or high rise construction projects
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of mechanical services and M&E project delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with project management platforms such as Procore
• Strong communication and client facing skills
• Commercial awareness with strong organisational ability
• Full driving licence with flexibility to travel across Dublin projects
