One of Ireland's most exciting Main Contractors are hiring a Contracts Manager. They have a mix of €multi-million projects including residential developments, large colleges and sports complexes that are live and just beginning and need an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee them.
You will have full control over these projects, working within a dynamic team, reporting to the Managing Director with scope to progress to Director level.

Contracts Manager Skills:
- Extensive experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in residential or commercial construction.
- Degree level qualification
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Manage multiple commercial / residential / leisure developments.
- Lead project teams and liaise with Clients, Project Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Oversee project planning, procurement, and delivery to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
- Implement and enforce health & safety procedures on all sites.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
